There may be times your content will come back and it will not meet your expectations. As a client you’ve got a couple of options to get your content to a place where you are satisfied.
Before rejecting an order we encourage you to reach out to [email protected] first.
Questions to ask before rejecting your order:
- Can this be resolved with a revision?
- Is this a minor edit that I can make myself?
- Is the content unusable?
- Have I communicated my concerns about the content to the writer
- Has the writer followed my original instructions
Request a revision first:
To reject the content at no cost to you, you do need to request a revision first. To do so, click into the order and click on the “request a revision” tab. Then once the order is ready for review again, you can reject it.
Here is a walk through on how to request a revision.
Rejection with no revision:
If you’d rather not go through the revision process, you can reject the order at 30% of its original cost.
To do that, click into the order you wish to reject then click on the button that says “not happy with the content?” and follow the prompts.
